I am a huge fan of Turtle Wax Ceramic lineup. So I recently tried some of this for 10+yr F01. I am still impressed with all of the products I've bought thus far. Shining bright like a Diamond!

Dont have a picture...but I bought the family airplane tickets to Destin, FL for a 1.5 week long vacation in August to get away. VRBO condo right on the beach with our own pool. Cant come soon enough!

One of my financial advisors suggested Destin. I have never been, been to Naples, Miami, South Beach, etc… but never up to that area. I hear it is fantastic!

Destin is nice but he’s grown dramatically since I first went. I now prefer going a little further east to Sea Side/Watercolor….

It is a must! I have gone every year for the past 8 years with my wife and her family and they have gone longer than that.

We go every mid-August to avoid all of the kids and it isn't as busy during that time since school is back in session.

We do not stay in downtown Destin as it is very commercialized. We like to stay closer to Watercolor, Watersound area. Lots of awesome homes, condos. You can drive a golf cart everywhere and the beaches are beautiful and water is crystal clear. Watercolor Inn is on our list to go to in the next few years. Lots of activities there.

I "grew up" in Destin. My uncle had a house on the bay that I was at seemingly all the time for years. I'll say that boy has it changed... It was really fun and nice when it was a fishing town. Now you've got Margaritaville and people flying over you on zip lines. If you can find something on the water, you'll have your own personal paradise of sorts. But if you're in the middle of the hustle and bustle, meh...it's not fun anymore.

Maybe I'm just getting old.

I completely agree with you! That is why we get a house / condo away from all of that for a 1-1.5 weeks. It isn't our scene and we like to be able to venture out and not have to worry about crowds.

If you don't mind an side excursion Alys Beach is a great place to check out though it's just under an hour away from Destin.

I love the 30A area, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove and Seaside make for a fun vacation. I found a seafood shop that had a great selection, perfect for grilling at the AirBnB.
