I don't know where in vancouver you live, but switch to a she's fit where its womens only, or club16 or goodlife (they have a separate womens section)

Nah, I used to go to a ladies gym. I signed a two-year contract for this new gym so I'm not switching for a long time.

Also, I don't live anywhere near any of those gyms you mentioned anyways.

Honest question:
I work hard (double major and full time job) and I drink a lot. I also go to the gym as much as I can, but time constraints are an issue. 3-4 times on a good week, but can go a week or two without being able to go. Help me keep the booze gut off? Promethius seems like a good goal.

Try to minimize drinking if you can, I try doesn't always work. Took all of Jan off completely. I get busy and am away from home for work some so end up doing what I can, prison workouts is what I call it. Bands and body weight stuff. Better than nothing and burns calories keeps trim.

Srs question: How do you keep motivated. Was a gym rat from 18-25. Last 2 years have been ugly. Trying to get the motivation back...

It's individual. I know I feel and look better when I go. So i go. It's part of my routine, and becomes part of who and what you are.

This.
I have a buddy who is a serious runner, and he said it pretty well I think.

When I am in the routine, it is hard to imagine not running. When I am out of the routine, it is hard to imagine running.

It is like that, I think - as 1MOREMOD said - it just becomes part of you and what you are. I need to add strength training to my running routine.

It was part of my routine for 7 years. I just need to get in there for a month or so and make it a habit again.

After a couple days, you will feel so good and proud of yourself. And after just a couple weeks, it will become habit. Do it.

Neighbors hot wife won't leave me alone since I got the F30. What do I do? I often catch her rubbing all over the car. Should I sell it ? Bang her ? So confused.

Switch away from beer and drink hard spirits with no mixture other than water/ice IF necessary. I had to do this because of the diabetes, but I also don't have to burn as many calories to stay at same weight.

Donuts/ice cream/cookies I haven't found a substitute for yet
