Anyone in the market for a plane?
Here's an extremely low mileage (461 hours) two-seat F4 Phantom for "only" $3.25 million:
https://www.platinumfighters.com/inv...-1f-phantom-ii Looks like there is a decent collection of spares to keep it flying for anyone who can afford to pay the supersonic fuel bill.....

Yeah, actually I am. I'm looking for a Lie-Nielsen #4 Smooth Plane in bronze. I have two antique Stanley Bailey #4 planes and a Lie-Nielsen #6 Fore Plane.
Let me know if you find one... (-:

I've been thinking about getting my pilot's license. Does anyone know if this is a good plane for a student pilot with zero hours of flight time?????

Knowing your health issues I'm sure they are but just make sure all your affairs are in order before that first flight!

Actually, I'm kidding - I know the airframe was made of titanium and I believe the skin was aluminum.

The doctors already took away my motorsports hobby, and it would surely be a cold day in Hades if a doctor signed off on an FAA physical for me. Heck, I get loopy from the air pressure drop riding the elevator at work up to the third floor.....

The Navy version does not have dual controls like the Air Force version. The Navy/Marine versions had no flight controls in the back seat. The Air Force versions could be flown from either cockpit.

That one has dual controls as per the description. Navy trainers had dual controls too.

For those who always wanted to own a P-51 Mustang with a George Jetson-inspired mother-in-law seat, a mere $12 million will get you this award-winning restoration:
