2004 X5 4.4 4x4 light and sluggish acceleration. HELP

I picked up a pretty mint X5 4.4. I'll attach the codes that came up but it has the 4x4 light on, and and brake light. The plastic servo gear was changed by previous owner and still not working properly.. I'm hoping it's the TC actuator and not the TC itself but any help would be appreciated as I've been scouring the forums for help. Very sluggish acceleration from a dead stop with slight jerking. If I apply too much gas it flashes limp mode but then comes right out. Hills are even worse. The trans shifts into every year fine and the engine revs up fine when in park. No grinding or hard shifts either. Please help.No CEL on either.
