I need help with codes :(

Hello everybody! I have a beautiful 1998 BMW 528i that I can't wait to get painted the og color but anyways!

I have a check engine light and got codes P1189 and P1188, replaced the o2 sensors and now I still have those codes but now in addition I have P0141 and P0161, I've done some reading but I'm not sure what else I can do, attached is a screenshot from my obd reader

These are post cat lambda, you can cut it off and upgrade your ecu(dme) with Euro2.
But you need instal bmw standard tools and upgrade your DME with Tool32 there is a factory firmware. Sorry for my English if I make mistake correct me please)
