Formula 1 Races on the internet? Anywhere?

I hate cable companies. I don't want to pay them. Is there anywhere online we can catch the races?

just use TVU player & you can watch it live from star sports channel or etc

or just download from BT....i know it'll be lagging...but will be full race on iTV in 2008...or someone will post seed after the race on BBC....
