2010 e87 lsd problems

I have a 2010 manual bmw e87 118d, I would like to install an lsd and maybe a lower final drive ratio. Racingdiffs probably has the cheapest lsd conversion kit but I cant figure out if the ring gear is bolted or welded and if i should get 188L or 188LW. I thought about getting an automatics diff and then ill know for sure if it has a welded or bolted diff while also getting a higher ratio but it seems a lot pricier and also if any other components need to be changed and what cars have the right diff. Can anyone help with this?
