CONTEST #4 "Urban"

RULES
-Any interpretation of the theme that falls within Bimmerpost.com rules is welcome.
-You must be the person that took the photo. Previous photos are acceptable as long as you are the one that captured the image.
-One submission per contest.
-Images must be no larger than 800px in any direction. Links to larger images are allowed but you must have one that is under 800px for the poll.
-All contestants must host their own pictures.
-All pictures must have a title.
-While post processing in Photoshop is allowed, adding or removing parts of the picture is not. In the event a photo is suspected to be "photochopped," the contestant will be asked to provide the original picture.

Important dates and poll info:
Entries must be submitted to this thread no later than Wed. December 31st at 11PM EST.

The poll will start the following day, Thurs. January 1st at 11PM EST.

the original looked really bad because it was a really hard, gloomy day. i took that pic for my photography class and the assignment was the use filters..so yeup

yeah, it happens.

my concern was actually too photoshopped for the contest. Nikki will have to decide on that one.

i don't see why it wouldn't. prob is yours focuses too much on the cars imo. i think there needs to be more focus on the urban surrounds but w/e.

1st entry is fine. As long as the photo does not have any parts removed or added it is OK. I agree though it would look better with a little less processing. Want to try posting one up that hasn't been edited quite as much?

As for the photo of the RX-8 and G35, yes it is allowed. Any interpretation of the theme is allowed, however, assume you will be judged partially on how well others feel your photo conveys the chosen theme.

hahaha... we'll see. im trying not to use older pics for these... its my excuse to go out and shoot new stuff instead.

other than curves, desaturation and color correction, only 1 other thing was done to it: posterization. not much i can do to process it "less"
