I have a FB account. A lot of family members from all over the country post there and it's a great way for me to keep in touch with them. More recently the outfit that's rebuilding the 996 motor (into a 4.0 L beast!) uses FB for a lot of communications. But, since Facebook itself is nearly 20 years old, I think I still qualify for the old people thread...

...plus I know what electronic bulletin boards are, and I know what usenet is, and so on.

Did not like that sound, because sometimes the connection failed, and I might be waiting a while before I knew. Not a happy time for the internet, as far as I’m concerned.

When you have to loosen up when standing up after sitting for 15 minutes or so. My back and hips seem to always miss the memo that we're standing up and we plan on walking. Please join us.

For me it's my back. I have to stretch it out every morning for 10 min or so before doing anything else or I will pay for it the rest of the day.
