Can you describe what you do with the baking soda?
Soul_Glo, you may have thought I was kidding when I asked this question but I wasn't. I really want to know how you use the baking soda.

Sometimes I get a rough voice even with all the anti acid reflux medicine I take. If the baking soda works for you I thought I'd try it.

Sorry, I completely forgot to reply. This is the video I followed, shared with me by an ENT consultant friend:

https://youtu.be/2H_VvFO3Fp8

I purchased these nasal spray containers:

https://www.amazon.com/Bottle-Rhinit...s%2C277&sr=8-4

In terms of mixing the solution and quantities. I added a teaspoon to the nasal bottle container. Mixed with purified water. If you don’t have access to a water purifier then you can simply boil some water and wait until it has cooled (doesn’t melt the plastic nasal bottle).

I also gargled with it. Two table spoons to 1 quart bottle. Again mixed with purified water. Gargle before going to bed.

That was enough for me. I didn’t go as far as drinking it as some do and it worked for me.

If you suffer from catarrh, then nasal douching may be helpful to get the most out of the mix. I would douche the nose with a saline nasal spray. Wait an hour or so and then use the baking mix.

Let me know how you get on. All the best.

TBH, it doesn't look a whole lot like her to me either so I looked it up to be sure.

Never seen her in concert but always loved her, her wonderful voice and sexy girl-next-door good looks. Was definitely a crush of mine.

....when you can read this and fully understand and identify with it. So true!

Today I was in a shoe store that sells only shoes, nothing else. A young girl with a tattoo and green hair walked over to me and asked, "What brings you in today, I looked at her and said, "I'm interested in buying a refrigerator." She didn't quite know how to respond, had that deer in the headlights look.
I was thinking about old age and decided that old age is when you still have something on the ball, but you are just too tired to bounce it.
When people see a cat's litter box they always say, "Oh, have you got a cat" I just say, "No, it's for company!"
Employment application blanks always ask who is to be called in case of an emergency. I think you should write, "An ambulance."
The older you get the tougher it is to lose weight because by then your body and your fat have gotten to be really good friends.
The easiest way to find something lost around the house is to buy a replacement.
Have you ever noticed: The Roman Numerals for forty (40) are XL.
The sole purpose of a child's middle name is so he knows when he's really in trouble.
Did you ever notice that when you put the 2 words "The" and "IRS" together it spells "Theirs"
Aging: Eventually you will reach a point when you stop lying about your age and start bragging about it.
Some people try to turn back their "odometers." Not me.
I want people to know why I look this way.
I've traveled a long way and a lot of the roads were not paved.
Ah! Being young is beautiful but being old is comfortable.
Lord, keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth.
May you always have:
Love to share,
Cash to spare,
Tires with air,
And friends who care.

^^^^True. Wifey's 2006 Civic is still in great shape after 17 years. But it only has 47k miles on it. I used to do that much in a year when I worked an hour north of home. Rough mileage is a killer.

I have a pic of my father when he was 10 years younger than I am now. He looked 10 years older than I do now. Dad had a rough life and it showed.

ps to get the most out of antacids.

Take them half an hour after a meal.
Take a dose before going to bed.

It depends on what your dosage is too e.g., once after PM meal.

If you’re on them once a day then I am not suggesting overdoing it.

So basically no snacking between the PM meal and bedtime.

Certain foods can also be acidic too. Those might be best avoided or cut back on.

I can't remember if cmyx6go evil twin already went back in the closet Sundy morning, or she hangs out until the official start of Spring.

Evil twin is gone! Ding, dong, the witch is dead. Well, until November anyway. Weird weekend though. The flowering trees bloomed on Friday, but it was snowing Saturday morning. It was strange watching the snow flakes coming down with the pink flowers in the background. The forsythias haven't bloomed yet though. They're the usually the first

So far, March has been a colder month than February. I got outside to ride a lot in February. So far, just once in March.

Daughter's birthday was yesterday. She turned 41. Seems like she was just a little girl and time goes by and you don't even know it. Been married 47 years but my daughter is the love of my life.

When the car next of you is a full of young guys, windows down, car stationary bouncing off the rev limiter at the traffic lights, stereo blairing and they are grooving to the music and waving away because they’ve caught your attention.

You sit there and think…. That would have been me and my mates 37 years earlier.

Man of honor! With all this insane, new-religious hatred against cars and their drivers here in Germany I use to react to those guys like you.
It's heartwarming when they wave and make thumbsup to you and you react that way back with a smile! Like strangers trapped in an uncomfortable crowd recognizing each other as same-thinking. As a side effect, those gestures may often take some reckless driving attitudes off from them on their further journey (at least for this day, LOL).

Pathetic, yeah, but driving a car with such kind of emotions isn't the worst way to safely share the street with others.

We used to race on this dirt road through the woods in cars with all metal dashboards and no seat belts. We never would have survived if we had struck one of those many trees. I'm sometimes amazed that I survived my teens.
