Blancpain Fifty Fahtoms And Swatch Collaboration
I don't know what you think about this but I find it very cool .It doesn't feel like a genuine Blancpain product which features a solid case as well as a in house movement but it's still a good idea and opportunity for buyers who don't like to splurge a hefty amount of money to buy one of the greatest watches in the world.
Well, my fave model is the Atlantic model that comes with the blue case and blue dial but other models are cool too . I also like the Antarctic model very nice one Here's the link to the product : https://www.swatchgroup.com/en/servi...-fifty-fathoms

I’ll be picking up an “Indian Ocean” model when I can get to a Swatch store. Color scheme matches my G80 near perfectly 😅

I have noticed something and wanted to share it with you as well. You can't easily replace the nato strap that came with the watch as those watches don't feature a spring bar which damped my enjoyment a bit . You need to buy a 0.9mm hexagon screwdriver to loosen the screws at both ends of the lug to replace the strap

I have decided to update this topic with the new pictures . I replaced the nato straps that came with the watch to a curved rubber straps which I bought from Amazon .
I also didn't use the stock bars that came with the watch. I used thick spring bars that would provide a tight fit .If you decide to use an aftermarket spring bar make sure you choose the thicker ones , thin ones would not fit . Lug width is 22MM for those watches . I used not 1 but 2 screwdrivers to remove the factory screw bars . One side to push in the other was to turn the nuts

I was able to pick up the Indian Ocean one (matches my G80 pretty perfectly...) while in Houston. If I were to get another, it would be Antarctic (grey).
Honestly, definitely feels more "solid" than my MoonSwatches, and it is thicker. The caseback is very nice and cool with the Sistem51 movement. Honestly very pleasantly surprised. The NATO is also a nice touch (although the plastic clasps are flimsy).

The dial of the black model is very nice but it doesn't pop as it does on the Atlantic Blue Dial model . I expected a matte dial but this one is better to me
I highly recommend Antarctic model as well .
