28% meaner-looking. How do you quantify that?
At least, the interior does appear to look better. |

I'm personally hoping for a forced-induction V6 for the base Stang. Hell, I'll be happy if they just ditch the current base V6 altogether. +1. The stitching really helps out the interior.

That's just the editor trying to make a sarcastic joke.

I thought the looks and image were the reasons why people in the States bought Mustangs?
Yes there is better cars out there but is that really the point, the same can be said about the BMW Mini, packaging wise it's piss poor and the looks are as dated as a 8 track radio but that is the appeal. I know if I lived in the States I would probably have a Mustang in the garage for those days when cruising was important than the driving itself. You need to look past it's faults/downfalls and buy into the image/experience. |

I think it looks better slightly. It's more aggresive and they smoothed out some of the awkward bulges. However, I can't say I really had high hopes in any regard for the new Mustang anyways.
It looks decent, but with all things the devils are in the details.

I also don't like the white parts in the rear light assembly. They look like sandwiches Overall shape is nice though.

for those saying it's not fast this and that, look at where they are now....they're in need of bailouts and if they don't amend their vehicles to better EPA ratings, no bailout IF any...
