Steve Dinan is back with CarBahn Autoworks
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com We wanted to introduce CarBahn Autoworks, a new company owned by Steve Dinan, with two locations in Northern California. As many of you know, Steve sold Dinan a little while back – since then he opened the doors on a pair of shops, one in Moutainview, CA and the other in San Jose, CA. The new business is open to all European makes and models and we still do a ton with BMW products including stroker motors (S65, S85 and more) along with club racing engines. In addition to high performance engine builds, we're also campaigning an Audi R8 GT4 in IMSA with drivers Jeff Westphal and Tyler McQuarrie. We have an in-house chassis dyno and engine dyno, as well as an alignment rack and more. We can take care of everything from track car prep to general service. We’re going to be as active as possible on here, helping with any questions you may have. Shoot us a line if you’re looking for parts, service or advice and feel free to stop by any time if you’re in the area! You can also follow us on Instagram and Facebook if you want to see what we’re up to @carbahn_autoworks or CarBahn Autoworks on FB. You'll be able to find more information on www.carbahnautoworks.com as well (our site is still being worked on, so some pages are still in progress). Look forward to sharing cool projects as they come along at the shop! Here's a little taste of whats to come: |

Huh. I thought Steve was working with Chip Ganassi to develop their prototype racing engines? Is he still working with them?

He probably can't open another automotive related business that bears the name Dinan. Hence the reason for Carbahn Autoworks, and previously SD Autotech.
