24" softbox (shoulda used my 36")
inner diffuser on, outter diffuser off (hard edged light)
bounced off ceiling.

EDIT:

oops I lied, thats how I shot the other ones I'm editing. This one was just the cone - no diffusion - and bounced off the ceiling

image is level (I checked three times before posting). it's the levels of the parking garage that give the impressing that its off.
