Just finished the 3 seasons of Ghosts on HBO Max, the British version not the U.S. Highly recommend, laughed the most I have in a while.

The last show i enjoyed with my wife was Downton Abbey. Enjoyed the writing and acting, that show won a ton of awards. Actually I lied - The Looming Tower and Jack Ryan were both fantastic.

Can anyone recommend anything??

The Gilded Age on HBO Max. My mother is a big fan of Downton Abbey and she absolutely loved that new show. IF you secretly liked it, no worries.

Never saw Downtown Abbey, but the wife and I also greatly enjoyed the Gilded Age. Great writing, beautiful sets, and fantastic acting all around.

Just started Bel-Air...the Fresh Prince reimagination. Its very grown up and its a drama in all respects. But there are a lot of aspects of the original show that pop up in the show. I love the 180 turn and how real the situations feel compared to the comedy version. If you have not checked it out, and you were a fan of the original, I definitely recommend it

This looks great, nice to see Jessica Biel back again after the Sinner. Apparently there's another version of this show's real-life story which is being developed at HBO with Elizabeth Olsen playing Candy.
