How do you feel about goin back to work tomorrow?

I've been off since last Wed. Going back to work makes me feel like when I was a kid and a school vacation were over. Working all week and forfeited 2.5 pto as well. In my next life I'll be a reality TV star living a life of leisure

My child has not had school since the 17th...... I am MORE THAN ECSTATIC drop her little butt off at school and walk back into the office tomorrow morning.

The plan is to head out to Steamboat Springs tomorrow for a week of snowboarding. So I'll let you know next Sunday.

But I'm sure it's going to suck going back, my boss is a dick.

I'm not! Headed up to VT for the week. Unfortunately, it's not that cold and they have hardly any snow. Guess I just going to have to drink at the lodge.

I've got a couple of things to do from my home office but otherwise will be off this coming week and think it will be more relaxing than last week when finishing up some work, preparing for Christmas Eve dinner and cleaning up afterwards. However, I'll have the same feeling OP has now on January 3 because January 4 will be brutal.

Not going back until Wednesday. Still enjoying Disneyland with the kids until tomorrow. Will be a relaxing week.

Only have to work Monday and Tuesday, didn't have enough vacation time saved to take the whole week off. Not like anything is going to be going on there anyways.

I might for Tuesday, but I need to go into town to collect my insurance check and get it deposited from the collision shop, so I need one excuse to go up there.

Well I bit of a conundrum...I have 3 days of PTO I have to use up by the 31st.

So will likely go in Monday and then take Tuesday and Wednesday off, we are closed Thursday and Friday. To be honest sometimes long holiday breaks aren't always relaxing with lots of family around. So going in is a bit of an escape.

Plus I pretty much like what I do - I work around and play with electronic devices all day
