I had a race this morning. I wasn't going to drink last night. I still had a double Old Fashioned

The race was at 7:30. I ran 29 and change. I was in the beer garden by 8:15


My confession is that I drank a Bon and Viv Hard Seltzer instead of beer

hard seltzer is not bad
better than most light beers like natty, bud and the variants - only acceptable light beer is coors

That's pretty impressive. On a treadmill or elliptical, I can do a mile in about 14 minutes flat, but that's also with the incline or resistance WAY up there. I need to try with no incline or resistance.

It struck me as interesting that MK's favourite lady indeed has an apparent white claw of her own from what I can see from the video still. I refuse to watch the video...but the white claw is very apparent. Is this what Turkish is after, or is a different (oh please say it is) white claw?
