F1 2024: winter transition, development and pre season events

So now that the 2023 season is over, this topic should bridge all the news about development, events, gossip and other predictions before the new 2024 season starts (first race: GP Bahrein - march 3rd 2024).

So regarding all the gossip, speculation and alledged accusations regarding the Toto & Susie Wolff debacle, apparently Toto said something in a team bosses meeting that he could've only known with inside knowledge.
I haven't read everything about it, but does anyone know what Toto said that was so secret/confidential?
Because I doubt it was the bathroom cleaning schedule for the f1 academy events....

I really haven't got a clue what this is all about, apart from that Susie could (unintentionally) relay confidential information to Toto in their private enviroment. But that was obviously known when they gave Susie that job. But what kind of information could someone have who is head of the F1 academy (a womans race class) that would be sensitive to an F1 team boss?

FIA dropped their "investigation" whatever they did, who knows.

The magazine didn't say what was revealed if anything, but that Toto said something and that the other team principals were concerned about the information he had, implying that Susie leaked information to Toto.

There's stretching the truth for click-bait, and then there's fabrication of lies directed at two individuals... This whole thing started because a rag decided to print something just to stir up controversy. The click-bait style journalism in F1 is really rampant... pretty annoying, imo.

Wolff has threatened to sue whoever brought up the COE item that's causing a ruckus with the Wolfs. I think he should just let it go as its not such a big deal and indeed should he go ahead with suing whoever (FIA) ? then doesn't it occur to him that he would have to reveal whatever it was that was uttered by him at the managers meeting.

Yes I understood that.
But there's just no trace of anything regarding what was said, and I also don't think there's a trace of information coming from other team principals.
And then there was that statement of all teams simultaniously that they didn't file a complaint at the FIA....

It's all very very weird. Either nothing has happened or something has happened that they want to keep (and solve) behind close doors (that last thing is pretty normal for F1 though)

And now there was that rumour that it was all turning around in an efford to get rid of Ben Sulayem....
I sometimes wonder if Ben Sulayem is the right person to lead the FIA.
Of course the FIA is bigger than F1, but F1 is about 80% or more of it's revenue.
Ben Sulayem's roots are not in F1 but rally, and he's I think the first FIA president that's not from F1 origin.
I wonder if he plays by the F1 traditions/unwritten rules.
