Really impressed with the specs, especially the base price, MPG, and payload (for a compact unibody).
Should be a good seller for Ford, they are definitely killing it lately. |

This should sell very well. The Ranger's issue was always price, most people just paid up and bought an F150. I can see a lot of people and even some commercial services/businesses getting these.

Wow, 20k base price; impressed. Looks pretty decent and decent specs for what it is, should sell well if not a POS. Interested in possibility of fitting a full size MX bike in the bed?

I might buy one as one of our service vehicles. If it truly gets the mpg they are saying it would be a game changer. I also have a f150 that will be due for replacement in about 2 years so I'm also interested in the new electric 150. Bought a f250 last year and it's been a perfect truck so far with about 22k miles on it now. I'm able to get 18mpg on the highway, which was a big jump from the 8 my older ones got.

This is exactly what my wife has been wanting for a while, not some small wiener compensating bro dozer, but a small, light pickup to do small loads of random crap she manages to need to move occasionally.

I doubt this is happening this year --my friend ordered a launch edition Bronco with hardtop (fall 2020) and is being told 2022 and if he wants a soft top -end of year!!

Interior is nice looking. More manufacturers are finally getting the hint that they need to diversify their material choice along with textures and shapes in the interior space. Exterior looks like shit though. Looks like a Ranger for the Chinese market.
The coolest part for me is the FITS idea. I just can’t imagine many people utilizing that though. I wonder the extent of DIY they mean when they say DIY. Not many people have access to a 3D printer or the software required to design the parts to begin with. If the parts are large, outsourcing the 3D printed parts would still be pretty expensive. |

I only see 2 problems-
1) Holy cow this is ugly as hell. 2) Fwd biased... Seems like a cheap version of everything but I guess it is cheap so it is what it is.

Appears to be a helluva vehicle for $20k brand new. Nice job Ford.
Lets not forget what we are competing against at this price range! For the haters... I'd like to hear a better choice for low twenty grand-ish. These will sell. |

I agree. Idk why they had to make it all Nissan cube cutesy looking. I'd rather own a gen 2 Ridgeline.
