Need your opinion on a used car buying situation...

I am about to sell my 335 (to save more money) and am looking at 2006 Acura TSX's. I have a situation where I am likely going to buy one of these 2 cars by the end of the work week. I also only plan to have it at most 2.5-3 years until I buy a house and then I will be in a 08 or 09 used M3....anyhow:

2006 TSX at a used car dealership 40 miles from my apt
33k miles
FULLY LOADED w/ Navi
$20500 out the door

2006 TSX CERTIFIED PRE OWNED at a Ac dealership
50k miles
FULLY LOADED no Navi
19.7k out the door

Which would you rather take? Mind you I have seen the one at the Acura dealership and its in great condition but I havent travelled to the place 40 miles away yet to see that one....

I haven't seen the one with less miles and nav yet, im going to check it out thursday sometime....the certified pre-owned one is in really good shape though
