How big is the "spare tire" space?

i also thought about puting a 10" or 8" jl w7 sub in there. still checking to see how big that space is and if it fits.. does any one know the size of the space?

I'm hoping to do the same. My 330xi is (hopefully) being loaded onto a ship as I type this, so I can't check the dimensions myself...
