I'll hopefully get a few up tomorrow if any turn out alright. Was trying to manually focus, and haven't loaded them onto the computer yet.... so time will tell.

doesn't help that i was shooting off of a boat that was bobbing in the waves

Someday I'll get a room over the Charles river that day. I try to watch the Boston show every year.

Had the same issue; nothing in the foreground. Nothing but flat out here in the foothills of Mt. Level.

Your second and third shots are damn nice pics, though.

Hey Tim, were there really three barges launching? You are indeed the King of Late Night.

And you never answered me, were the Weymouth shots taken from Great Hill?

The Boston fireworks show when I get to see it on TV has had three barges in unison. A fantastic show and you can watch it on TV. I missed it because I ended up talking to my buddy till midnight. They will play the 1812 and have the howitzer shoot.

I haven't seen a good show in years. Disney puts on a great show and the fireworks in Germany on New Years Eve are not to be believed. But the show I saw last night here sucked. Then again, these small towns don't have money, so I guess I should be glad they had a show at all.

I've seen the Boston Pops show a million times on TV. Fireworks on TV don't cut it for me, though. Seeing it like TL did is the way to go. Great city, great show, perfect location.

Didn't know you were an electrician. I work at the School of Labor and Employment Relations (LER) at the Univ. of Illinois. We have one of the premier labor education programs in the country. We have union groups in all summer long. Mostly locomotive engineers and pipefitters.
