Podcasts that have helped?
Post a video from a podcast that has helped you a fair amount that you recommend. Ideally something that has actually improved your life in some way.

I guess I meant podcasts most ppl haven't heard of. Rogan is likely #1 most popular. The float tank discussions were helpful for me.

Richard Cooper author of the Unplugged Alpha. In this day and age we live in, he's very controversial. I don't agree with everything he puts out there but the base foundations of what he espouses is 100% on target. He pushes personal accountability and for men to do the work; not sit back and complain. I ran across his content at a deep low in my life. His mindset has been a game changer for me.
