Richard Cooper author of the Unplugged Alpha. In this day and age we live in, he's very controversial. I don't agree with everything he puts out there but the base foundations of what he espouses is 100% on target. He pushes personal accountability and for men to do the work; not sit back and complain. I ran across his content at a deep low in my life. His mindset has been a game changer for me.

Have you checked out Corey Wayne and his books/videos? I'm not a fan of Richard Cooper; he does make salient points every now and then, but overall I find him to be incredibly narcissistic and toxic.
