Hyperlink/Tag Username in a post ?

Hello,

I've seen several posts where it shows a Members Username being "tagged" in a blue rectangle hyperlink.

How is this done ?
I've tried right clicking, copying the URL, etc. Cant get it to work.

Type the @ followed by users name and a list will populate, select the member and it will fill in tha required contact #
