If you like adrenalin rushes, try a STABO extraction.

Mark you have just become this Marc's hero....interesting enough R. Marcinko's (reading Rogue Warrior right now) mentions testing something similar to this setup in the book.

Here's another adrenaline rush I did a few weeks ago:
Location: Mt. Kinabalu|Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia
Altitude: 3776 Meters
World's Highest Via Ferrata Suspension Bridge

^^^^Nice. Bet it was hard to breathe. Highest I ever got was 14,200ft up inside the crater of Nevado de Toluca volcano in Mexico. It was hell climbing up the crater wall and I even got to ride up into the crater floor. Climbing up the wall was "take a step, sit and breathe, take a step, sit and breathe." Very difficult to catch a full breath. Although while I was sitting there wheezing I saw a bunch of school kids come pouring over the edge of the crater wall well above my level and run down the trail to the floor of the crater. Didn't bother them in the least. But their city (Toluca) is at almost 10,000ft, so I guess they're used to it.

The dof is just right, were you all the way open?

I feel like I could have brought more detail out in the background, thought about getting rid of the vig too but it looks weird without it (Vig is natural, not done in post)

I rather like your photo the way it is. I think the darker background and vignetting work well for it.
