Someone please tell me how to fix this issue with my hotmail account
it happens like 3-4 times a week

this is one of them,
check others and seems like the person my account trying to send to is none of my contacts.
the body of the mail is different but similar
the link is all different though

You will only get failure notices if you try to send something and it fails. does someone else send mails from this account?

possibly, change your password, delete those emails.

also do you recognize the email that it looks like it is trying to send to?

the e-mails that was being sent to are not from my contact list, checked a few of them and shurely they are not on my list.

yea, sounds like a hacked account to me.

The problem is you are still using hotmail. These days, that alone is considered user error.

been using the hotmail as my primary since high school, hard to just switch to a different provider. everything i have/use links to that e-mail account

^^^get a gmail account and have it fetch from that account.

Looks like spam or a hacked account, most likely the latter. Change your password to something very different and secure and report this to Hotmail.

^gonna change the password on the account and see how it goes. hopefully can make it this week without the spam mails sent out.
