M52tu 528i very weird multiple misfire

I’ve been having multiple misfires on this car but no codes showing up I’ve smoke tested the car no vac leaks, new plugs,new injectors, checked all the coils (they are working fine). Got a new oem Maf and a intake cam sensor, got new vanos seals(vanos rebuild kit), before had some vac leaks from the intake lower boot so got both the boots new as well.
Now I’m really getting lost that what is wrong with my car it starts fine for 30s then it starts misfiring, no cel/ codes the car barley idles it revs up freely till 6k rpm.
I’m really lost here at this point is it a timing issue? I’m really lost here
Oh and compression was tested at a local mechanics shop he told me the cyl 5 had the lowest of them all around 140psi
