What is this hose?
I have a 2014 435i F33 8sp auto that I picked up used. I have a hole in the valve cover and looking at some videos I’ve seen cars that have nothing here and some that have a connector and hose.
What is it and should I have something there. |

it looks like the line that goes to the expansion tank that is not in place yet from what seems to be a FCP video.

Engine is an N55, there is a Technical manual you can download in this awesome forum!!! it will guide you to what that is! (Your Answer will be on page 17)
