2025 BMW M5 - Sound, Interior, and Exterior
RoCars does a great job IMHO.
They're pretty damn good at capturing all the exterior and interior angles with sound clips too, without all the narration. Check out their videos here: https://www.youtube.com/@RoCarsTV

For me the F10 is the last generation of the M5's that I would ever consider buying, again.
I loved my F10 and I really wanted to like the F90, to the point I have test-driven around 7 or 8 times over the years in several configurations. It's always the same story however, too uncomfortable for an executive saloon and too heavy for spirited driving or grand touring. While the F10 did both its jobs(executive saloon and Grand Touring) in comfort and style, the F90 and this new version seem to have lost their way and are now being incapable of doing either job properly. |

Definitely like the interior more than the exterior, but the exterior is a low bar. Very tepid. Both the lower rear, diffuser area and the front are just failures to me. Styling from the side isn't much better with the back looking "off." Very unaggressive and unremarkable overall, especially with the engine and exhaust. Wow. I had an Accord that sounded pretty similar on both. This is no longer an M car but in badging only. For the expected pricepoint, I would be better just committing to something entirely different and abandoning the past.

That is the new M5 as far as I'm concerned. And also the car my best mate in the US recently bought based on my recommendation to avoid the new M5 and get the M550 instead. |

I’m really happy with it, a great combination of performance and luxury. The BW sound system is superb.

Does the video include the acoustic pedestrian sound? Didn't hear but maybe missed it.
