I'm an introvert, but I will initiate loud public behavior, when it's appropriate. For instance, at bowling league, when there's very little banter where there should be loud encouragement/taunting. I've had people come up to me in stores and tell me they thought what I said to the clerk made them LOL. I was also a class clown in my school years. Shrink, anyone?

I used to be very extroverted, but after I graduated college and moved back home, I've noticed I've become slightly more introverted. I'm still a very outgoing and open person, and I have no problem meeting new people and striking up conversations with strangers, going out and trying new things, going to new places, etc. But at the same time, I thoroughly enjoy just staying in and playing video games, hanging out with a close friend or two, getting delivery, and/or watching Netflix.

I think it's just what you're used to in your role growing up in your family.. like how extroverted can you be if everytime you talk someone tells you to shut up? Or if you're trying to studying and your mom keeps bothering you with her emotional problems? Sooner or later, it sticks.. |

Oh I have no issues trying new things, going to new places, etc. Just as long as there is no one at these new places doing these new things that I have to strike up a conversation with.

Ambivert You can understand the struggles of both introverts and extroverts because you have both of their traits. You are more flexible and hence like the only ones who can connect introverts and extroverts. Sometimes you may think that you are not special enough but indeed you can be very influential and have a great potential to be successful.
