Meh my C7 was almost silent (not a Z06 though). One of the few things I didn't like about it. My mustang on the other hand...

Sounds great!
The C8 is really a great car.
With more power and some edge it will be an amazing car.
This car is definitely on my radar.

1. Nice view of trees.
2. Dude is wearing a mask in the car with no passenger?
3. Sounds like they're trying to add a bit of LFA to their Lamborghini-clone.

So much cool, not enough Corvette.

Nothing will ever sound like that again. Used to give heart palpitations when it passed by the crowd.

Iím all in for this. When the hype calms down.

This is just the sound from a distance, I imagine up close this will sound fantastic. After the GT350 being discontinued it will be nice to see another FPC NA V8 on the market that isn't an exotic.

seems like they took the 458 italia recipe and improved it. added 1 liter of displacement and another gear. seems like a win. curious to see what the final specs are.. but hoping for a 9k redline, at least 100hp/L at the wheels, 3200 pounds or less on curb weight (doubtful), and sub 150k price tag.

Yeah, I think your price is too high and weight too low. Lower the price by 40k and raise the pounds by 400.

They have been testing them side by side with a 458 for reason. Going to sound amazing.

They are using a 458 as Z06 benchmark and 997 GT2 RS as ZR1 benchmark. The group of mules seen testing together is not just the Z06.

Oh, I know, but most won't sell for anywhere near that. There will be plenty of performance options that will mean a normal one will likely be low six figures.

My dealer is guesstimating right now, based on option prices with the stingray that my C8Z will be 120~ with 3LZ, Z07 package and fixed high wing option.

C/D states Naturally Aspirated, 600+ horsepower, and possibly rev to 8500-9000rpm.
