As I also stated previously, there's zero chance I would go Modesta again, especially at the premium they're commanding.

How much did you pay for your paint correct and coating? Can you also provide some pics?

I wish I had PPF'ed the whole car, and simply applied the ceramic myself.

Ceramic is not going to protect against those rock chips that hit the doors and rear quarter panels. And sometimes even on the front edge of the roof.

As an update, I went with Feynlab Ultra V2 with a Feynlab Overcoat. From memory, I don't think Feynlab has as much of that candy gloss that Modesta has, but so far, I'm not disappointed. I'll report back after some time.

Graphene coatings are starting to show that they are not holding up to advertised claims. The standard ceramics though from reputable brands, such as Carpro, Gyeon, Gtechniq etc are no problem.

I don't think anyone in this thread mentioned using a Graphene coating. Modesta and Feynlab are professional coatings.

Touche' but that was in response to another poster asking about DIY coatings which was not what this thread was about.

Ok, I was adding my $.02, you mentioned them, and I added to it. Graphene has been shown to not be what it was originally thought to be vs. the other traditional DIY coatings

lol, no worries. I was just a tad perplexed by your mention. The latest update was merely me updating everyone on my choice, so pardon my inability to grasp your two cents.
