I am at 2725 miles (4385km) so far this year. Not a crazy amount of miles, but yes, helpful.

I say all diet because i could out eat the biking pretty easily with just a few bad decisions each day. But the biking makes me feel fantastic. It's just surprising to me having lost 52 pounds (23 kg). Most people said i didn't look over weight before i started losing.

Your better condition makes you feel better , bike did the trick .
