By the Wolff's statements I'm 100 % sure , that the Silverstone crash was done 100% 'Deliberately !

The Wolff should be banned from F1 !

If the FIA isn't taking actions against the Wolff's threats vs MAX and Red Bull ..
Then this time It's very clear to me that the FIA 'IS Mercedes !

This time the Wolff is pushing it beyond the FIA regulations by threats , addressed for the leader MAX in the WDC !

At COTA , Wolff witnessed that Checo is now suddenly a top-3 driver, also in QF !
By this he feels that the Mercedes constructors title is in the danger-zone , and It's there where the big $ bucks are coming from !
While his Mercedes PU's are no longer reliable as they suffer from micro-cracks ..
If he turns the Mercedes PU completely open to beat MAX , the Mercedes PU is like a ticking time bomb !
And If he runs with reduced power to save HAM's PU , then HAM isn't fast enough to beat MAX ..

All what is left for him are 'Threats like a rat who is in danger !

"I would never give the instruction to crash into anyone else but if they go to that last race and whoever is in front wins the championship, they will be racing each other, hard.
