No kidding...I am in Fletcher, and work in Fairview. I work out at Gold's Gym on Hendersonville Rd.

Nice beard too by the way. I typically have to stay clean shaven for work....it's all or nothing. And I'm starting to get a lot of grey in my beard...so it looks odd to me although my wife likes it when I do let it grow.

But her dad and brother look like they could be on Duck Dynasty.

What sucks is I can shave....and have a 5:00 shadow just a few hours later it seems.

Cool. All my in-laws are slightly to the east of you between Marion and Boone.

That entire area is beautiful. We hit Hendersonville up as much as we can....especially in the Fall.

I work back towards Greenville, so I work out in Spartanburg so it's a straight shot to the gym....then on to work.

Sometimes it's just not their thing. And If she's anything like my wife, you're not going to force her into anything.

Yep! She is not fat, or out of shape, but she knows I am a fitness nut. So, I don't bug her too much about it, and she let's me do my thing.

Kind of the same with me. Crazy thing is that she's the possessive type and I don't have a jealous bone in my body.

Used to infuriate her when we were dating and the waitress would ask..."is this going to be on separate checks"?

I told her she should take it as a compliment. Not only is she younger, but she looks even younger than her age. She teaches High School, and has had people coming into her class looking for her and wondering where the teacher is.

If she's sitting at a desk helping a student, she tends to blend in as one of them as she is also very small framed.

Oh....and 20 rep squats are killer!

I had Legs and Shoulders this morning, but for some reason just felt out of it. Even my alarm woke me up this morning and that rarely happens.

I stayed at 365 on squats for reps, and could only get 185lbs for the same reps on OHP as I did last week at a slightly higher weight. Meanwhile my training partner is repping 225 on the OHP like he is doing warm-ups. God I hate him sometimes.

I feel a rest day is due in my future!

Yeah I did some low and some hi bar. Just was something different. Thought 15, 20 and 25 on bench, squat and dead would be decent goal but apparently too low.

Regardless of what you wanted...just getting in the gym counts as a win to me.

Especially after the morning I had at the gym. I so not wanted to go but made myself and it was just a struggle with everything. Work has been really stressful, and I have a daughter getting married in two months. Everything is hitting like a ton of bricks!

I will probably play it by ear tomorrow.

Dayum! You are strong as shit...I can squat 225lb like it is nothing for 10-12 reps max. I am ashamed of myself to even be here..You guys are talking 350-365 lb like it is nothing.

I have never been able to do 185 lb on OHP. I'd like to see your form on squats, and OHP. That's a shit ton of weight.
