OK, chance to come clean - Do you look back?
Especially after its been washed or waxed. Im good for 3 look backs while walking say from a parking lot towards a restaurant. Its a long walk too, since i NEVER park near other cars.
My X5 is truly a thing beauty to me Do you look back? Last edited by expidia; 07-15-2017 at 07:05 PM.. |

Yup.
My kid says I'm a "trend setter" because I park away from other cars and it never fails that when we go back some yahoo has parked right next to or behind me. |

...I do,...I even peep the interior layout before I get out! If you don't look back,...perhaps you bought the wrong car!!

Ok im throwing it all out here... i find myself sneaking peaks from my livingroom window and from my bedroom window. Partly to make sure its still in my driveway. I block it in with my wifes audi haha.. but mostly to look down and say ahhhh to myself. Next week its going to get worse for me as im going to claybar, polish, sealer and then a layer of canuba wax

Tip for the self conscious that want to look back but don't. . .
Upon leaving vehicle . . . say you are walking towards a store or restaurant . . start walking at 45 degree towards your destination instead of straight at it right off. Then as you start your course correction you can slyly just move your eyes to the left or right and start taking your Beemer in with no head movement and without looking to BMW narcissistic Kinda like using the same eye motion with no head movement when you are sitting eating dinner with a spouse or other and someone with a hot ass walks by your table! It takes practice. |

This is too true!! I usually do 3-ish look backs but it had to be 6 or 7 today after I finished waxing and drove to the store. The isolation park job goes hand in hand with the look back since it's easier to get a line of sight from far away since the car is alone. Works perfectly. Now if I could only stop walking into other cars and shopping carts while walking and looking back this would all be slightly less weird.
