Enjoyed it. Gerald was the funniest for me!
My job is linked to agriculture, so I scan Farmers Weekly magazine routinely. There has been a lot of coverage of this in it, and a lot of farmers writing in - the general thrust is "who would have thought it would take a buffoon like JC to bring to life the challenges of farming to the general public, when we've failed to / lose the PR challenge all the time". Interesting also that his 1,000 acres is pretty small for an arable farm - hence needing to beg for a combine, spending money on an array of small, used kit (apart from the too big Lambo!) - and that his "payments from the government" are critical to profitability - these are now changing after Brexit and are skewing further to environmental custodianship - he seems to be doing a fair bit of that already so his smaller farm might still get decent payments.

So late watching this but with a new TV I got around to it.
So far I am so impressed tongue in cheek view of Clarkson and actually how hard our farmers work. Some of the characters like Caleb are amazing for 21 years of age. Makes you wonder why I hate the champagne socialists at the guardian. I am just staggered at their hate! Terrific reviews all round and look at this! https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.the...us-rides-again …and yet the same paper it's lauded. https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-r...e_iOSApp_Other Just wish people would watch it before reviewing it |

Clarkson's Farm has been vandalised by the save turf save earth bigrade.
At least it'll bag him some content for his next Clarkson's Farm season 2 show. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-graffiti.html

An Ant and Dec stunt https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...nge-Rover.html Pretty good really as it’s a win win for both Clarkson and Ant and Dec. All good publicity without any real hassle to Clarkson, as it turns out.
