What is your opinion on this buy?

Looking to buy this car. It would be my second BMW. First was a 02 325XI 5SPD. Looking to buy this one now. Went to take it for a test drive and car drove like new. Only thing that bothered me was the car had a aftermarket intake. Im not big on modifying cars and wanted a fully stock one. Should I be concerned about it being beaten up? Dealer said they did the belt tensioner and oil change recently at the dealership.

330's are tanks even if it was abused. If it made it through that's a keeper. lol. Nah but srsly it's probably fine.
