Looked at an '02 540 today, have a question

So I checked out a 2002 540i today with sport package. I noticed a lot of negative camber in the rear wheels, is this normal for these cars or is this something that I need to look into further?

The test drive was great and I'm guessing the negative camber is a help in the corners but want to make sure it isn't a sign of something bad that will need repair.

Thanks!!!

You will absolutely notice an increase in wear. If you are looking to daily drive I highly recommend having it aligned at a shop where you can request an alignment different from spec.

I had mine modified with as little negative camber as possible while still equal on both sides. I think I'm around -0.8 degrees.

Still handles great, still a joy to drive, I get more than 20k out of my tires.
