Love it. I had an LS-swapped FC RX-7 project. Fun times.

I bought a $200 pair of folding loading ramps at Tractor Supply this morning, to bring home this year's new-to-us $150 beater lawn tractor in the Mighty Freightliner:

Also bought a new $50 U1 300 CCA lawn tractor battery, because I have yet to buy a beater lawn tractor with a good battery:

The Marine Corps flag I fly is getting kinda ratty, so replacing it. Wish the US flag manufacturers made this in the 3x2 size so that I didn't have to get it from a Chinese vendor.

I was working on the car last night and noticed that I didn't have or am missing an 18mm 12pt deep socket. So I ordered a Sunex one off Amazon.
I have enough tool sets and whatnot, that at this point, I just order individual pieces when I come across something I'm missing or that would make my life easier.

Had to get a new deep socket myself (Sunex 19mm thin wall) for my new wheels. The wall is to thick on my rim protector set and won't fit them.

Bought some giant Costco-grade tubes of Voltaren for the plantar fasciitis that’s been bothering me for close to 3 months. Actually works well and better for my stomach than Aleve or Ibuprofen. But I also got myself to the podiatrist who put me into some Pure Stride OTC orthotics, gave me some stretches to do and hit me with a triamcinolone acetonide injection. A week later, I’m doing much better.

Been there done that... LOT'S of stretching, achilles/calf/hamstring. Also get a a firm ball, like a baseball or you can buy a specific one at Dick's, and roll your foot with as much pressure as you handle (it will hurt).

Yep I also forgot to mention the ice. Need to work on it while it feels ok from the shot to get past it.

I have dealt with it before but it was very minor compared to this time. My wife has a bad knee and when we had a connecting flight in Charlotte I pushed her in an airline wheelchair (on arrival and departure flights) for what seemed like a mile. I think that exasperated it. At least that’s what I’m telling her.

I have had very good results from these HTP blue heel cups over the years:

https://heel-pain-store.com/collecti...el-cup-inserts

It takes 3-4 weeks for them to do their thing, and I only have repeat plantar fasciitis problems when I stop using them every day.

I (painfully) use one of OCD psycho dog's many tennis balls to roll under my instep/heel area to stretch things out, which works great except that the dog thinks that I'm playing keep away and wants his fetch ball back.....

I have sinus tarsi syndrome and wore OTC orthotics that my podiatrist recommended for years until they just stopped working. Now I get prescription orthotics from him plus an occasional steroid injection and I'm doing much better. Been wearing the prescription ones for more than 5 years now and rarely need the injection anymore.

I use these dryer balls. They have very little flex. Like others have said, it's not comfy but it gets the job done for me.

I’ve had custom orthotics for years and have not had PF since. Also found out during the fitting process that my right leg in a tiny bit shorter than my left so the orthotic also compensates for that.

Edit: Also got one of these to stretch the calves/Achilles every day…
