Fish oil capsule
Whole oats. Sometimes I mix in pumpkin puree + smashed walnuts or a drizzle of honey, sometimes blueberries if they're in season.

I say 'smashed walnuts' because I never have time to chop them. I just break them up under closed knuckles.

6 yr old wanted a sausage biscuit, so she got it (we were on the road at 7AM). I got an iced coffee that looked like milk and tasted like pure sugar. Jesus Christ what do they put in that shit. Oh well, I paid for it so I drank it.
