Recommend an LED work light

Will be used for working on cars.
Looking for the style linked below and would like to keep it around $20-$30.
I'm finding that most of these lights don't list the lumens in the ad.

Best one I ever used was this $10 one. It will light up my whole garage like it's daytime.

Has a little magnetic clip on the back too. You may want a bigger one though, this is just a handheld.

Yea, I want something I can mount under the hood or something like that.

This one is magnetic so you can. Pretty powerful magnet which also swivels so you can aim the light anywhere.

I recently bought this one for a project I was doing. I have only used it 3-4 times so far, but the light if perfect for under hood work. Great light everywhere without a tight spot you have to try and get right. I am very happy with it. Looks like close to the same one you have.

I also recently bought this. I have not used it under a hood yet, but I tried it in some dark corners of my basement and I think it might be the best headlight I have every bought - and I have bought several. I can't speak to it's durability yet, but I think it is going to be a nice purchase for the $.
