Sounds like a concussion. He should be ok. Good thing he was wearing a helmet. Not many folks do while skiing.

He has been move to a more capable hospital, getting worse? I wish him well.

Well I guess the only good news here is that the coma was induced, that was not clear form the earlier articles. Still a very bad situation.
