If homemade use less sauce and make sure to par-cook your veggies if putting them on. That one gets a lot of people trying to do it at oven temps. You dont realize how much moisture is in vegetables.
It usually flashes off in hot pizza ovens but doesnt in cooler temps (even then I do still par cook some really watery things like bell peppers, etc). |

White pizza: fresh mozz, onions and balsamic glaze
Seasoned with s&p, thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano and EVOO Scratch made crust with 50/50 Tipo 00 and semolina rimacinata. I added 10g of milk powder to the dough, which I often forget to do. It adds a nice tooth and bite to the edge of the crust. Last edited by chassis; 12-03-2021 at 05:35 PM.. |

The instructions say 425°F not 425°C. Unless you like your crust crispier than normal...

I had the best pizza last night...but was starving and didnt get a picture.
Regular pie, added ricotta cheese, prosciutto and drizzled hot honey over it....soooo good |
