Best Pre Workouts of 2019
I need my pre workouts. After a long day of work I need something to jump start me again. What do you guys is the best pre workout of 2019 so far? Old or new.
Personally Mesomorph is still my favorite: https://www.samedaysupplements.com/m...e-workout.html Last edited by Webby12; 05-16-2019 at 03:28 PM.. |

A simple Vega pre-workout is working well for me. I buy it because it has purely natural ingredients and two different kinds of caffeine (from yerbamate and tea).

good night sleep, a lot of water, few drops of something salty or adding extra salt on something, and some tea works best for me.. but if you need something badly can give a try to Grenade 50 Calibre, N.O.-Xplode, Pre JYM..

I'm a fan of LIT. The gummy worm and sour gummy worm are both good. The cotton candy and grape aren't bad. I might drink too much. I've replaced my morning coffee with it, have a little right after lunch and a full scoop right before the gym. Lit is 250mg of caffeine. I'd like to try Mr. Hyde but I'm afraid after reading the user reviews on amazon.

+1 for Jym
Works as advertised, and you don't "hear colors" after taking it, something that C4 can induce.

I have some LIT and it’s pretty good but the tingly face feeling annoys me. I have done several containers of Animal Pump (learned about it from watching Hugh Jackman preparing for his Wolverine roles). I like the Animal Pump, no weird tingly face feelings. Plus it’s in pill form, so if doing a late evening work out I can leave out the “red pill” which is the stimulants, So I can go to sleep faster. I like that flexibility being a handful of pills versus another drink mix.

Cocaine is still a front runner I feel and alternative to the tingly face syndrome... You just won't be able to feel it at all

ENGN Shred is excellent. I run that for a couple months then cycle to RSP Amino Lean or ON Amino Energy + Arginine/Citruline tablets (for pump/blood flow). As someone bodybuilding for 10 years taking PWO, this has worked great. Nothing compares to banned Craze though

Equate brand pre-workout from walmart. $10 for 25 servings lmao can't beat that. I only like a little bit of caffeine and at 135mgs its the perfect amount with a little extra shit in it.
Can't believe some of you guys are paying for that Jym bullshit, almost $2/serving and 300 mg caffeine Not to mentioned the fraud cases against the founder a few years ago, after that my trust for that brand dropped. |

Anyone here old enough to remember the original "Ultimate Orange" by Dan Duchaine? That was my first run of a pre-workout and I have never heard of anyone saying they have tried anything that would beat it since. But it did get pulled from the market rather quickly...and Dan was the Steroid Guru..so...draw your own conclusions.

Been on Pre-JYM for years now.
I haven't seen any supplement companies that can come close to his 26g fully dosed, formula. And everyone knows at this point that "micro-dosed" or "concentrated" PWO's are 100% trash. On lighter/cardio days, I use Kimera Koffee. Coffee supplemented with Alpha-GPC, Taurine, L-theanine, and DMAE. Great focus and mental clarity. |
