My recently discovered and favorite for sunner is Hardys Mill Cellars Rosé, South Eastern Australia. Very refreshing taste.

My brother-in-law brought a bottle of 2008 Realm The Bard to dinner Saturday. Really outstanding.

Some interesting choices and tasting notes in here.

Caymus and Silver Oak are very consistent year to year even under varying weather, temperature and soil conditions year to year. That's something almost impossible to do but somehow they pull it off. I do feel Alexander Valley is better then the more expensive Napa Valley.

PINO MORE, recommended for seniors like me who have diuretic issues. No more getting up 2/3 times a night to pee. I heard it through the grapevine.

I have these bottles I probably should try soon. They retail for around $100. Figure they are pretty decent.

My all-time favorite is the Brunello, but I'm also a huge fan of syrahs, grenaches, and also prosceccos. I've always loved cabs, but I really don't like the newer "trendy" California cabs that have that really thick, velvety texture. People seem to love it, but they make me want to throw up and have really turned me off to the variety lately.
