Advice on "Outlook"
My "outlook" won't load on my HP laptop. It goes from saying "loading updates" to "processing" and seems stuck there. Everything else seems to be operating normally. Any advice would help. Thanks ahead of time!

Log into your outlook using webmail. Confirm its not corrupted or lost. If you're able to log in check the size of your outlook database on your PC. if its over 11gigs chances are it crashed.
CTRL +ALt + Delete, End process outlook, Move that .pst or .ost file into a separate folder. Open up outlook and start a new database. As emails are coming in delete/archive them. Based on your computer/ size of back up should take you about 2 hours. To find PST file. http://www.safepstbackup.com/pst-fil...port-move.aspx |

A long time ago if you went to Start> Run and typed "outlook /cleanfreebusy" without the quotes, it would speed things up. I'm not sure if that's still relevant though.

If it's a new copy, your best bet would be a re-install. Start Menu > Control Pannel > Uninstall Programs
Check under there to verify if it's completely on (meaning it's on the list) Then uninstall / call Microsoft if it was digital, if not your CD Key should work again for the same CD. Good luck!
