This is not OEM this is 3rd party by a manufacturer like ECS, JBSpeed, etc.

I purchased this a while ago so I don't know if I still have the original purchase details that contain the manufacturer name.

Do you have any pictures of the actual spoiler by chance?

I purchased some CF splitters on here that were advertised as "new and in the box", and they showed up horribly beaten up, cracked, and even had sharpie marks on them to try and cover the errors, so I am a but gun-shy.

But interested if the spoiler is indeed, brand new.
