No Ambient Lighting? 2022 X3

Today I purchased a BMW X3 xDrive30i (2022) and I was under the impression that ambient lighting came standard in this vehicle, but as I look in settings, the only lighting setting I see is for the exterior? Is this not standard on the 2022 models

I thought it was standard on the 2022 G01 X3 (which is the LCI). A quick google:

I have it on my 2022 X3 xDrive30i where you can configure the color of the ambient lighting that runs above the trim. I set it to blue when I got it and haven't touched it since, ̶d̶o̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶r̶e̶c̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶w̶h̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶e̶t̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶l̶i̶v̶e̶s̶.̶

Just looked, in iDrive, Car | Settings | Interior Lighting. Exterior Lighting is on the first page of 5 icons at the bottom, but if you scroll the wheel, it reveals 5 more icons, of which Interior Lighting is one.

If you don’t have it, could be a result of Covid impacts. Some of the 2022 models were still missing features as a result.

Yeah there are definitely a few neutered BMW's out there from that manufacturing timeframe.

Yeah, there were a features that were temporarily not available (or cars arrived to dealership without ordered features) but I don't recall Ambient Lighting was one, but certainly could be. I purchased in summer 2021.

I thought it was more likely that OP didn't scroll wheel on Car Settings page since Exterior Lighting appears on first page and Interior Lighting appears on second.
