Will future European BMWs have Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA)?

This sounds like a bad idea especially regarding violation of privacy and potential loss of vehicle control in the case of emergency.

I'm sure it's the least of their concern, but what about the track cars? Are they gonna limit to 180kph on a 300kph car like they do here with the NSX?

I doubt manufacturers of high performance vehicles would tolerate such measures...
